Nintex Document Generation for Salesforce

Overall Satisfaction with Nintex Process Platform

We've been using Nintex DocGen for Salesforce to generate and deliver contracts for one of our app. So far, we are happy with the performance of this product and incase of any issue, customer service team is very responsive and resolves issues in no time.

Pros

  • able to configure in DocGen admin
  • able to log a case from DocGen admin tab
  • able to monitor records from DocGen queue

Cons

  • Find info related to Current Version info and info on upcoming version and any changes easily
  • sandbox contracts can be set not to expire
