Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use the Nintex form to submit our Title III Time and Effort reports. It allows us to report work towards deliverables and document that for the Title III department.

Pros and Cons

Easy auto complete fields
Signature capture
Date and time capture
Automatic routing of approvals

Better validation. If there is a field that needs to be submitted, user should not be able to submit form before completing.

Return on Investment

The implementation of this form has helped users in not having to submit a paper form and resubmit if it is lost.

My rating falls short of 10 because of the validation. If there is a required field, the system should not allow completion. I don't know if this feature is already in the form builder's power or if the platform does not include it.
