Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Promapp is being used across the entire organisation for all of the purposes of the tool, training, help, support, and most importantly continuous improvement.

Pros and Cons

It's great for representing processes.
Ease of use in process development.
Simple to use.

Nintex I feel has lost its way with Promapp.

Alternatives Considered

I have evaluated a number of alternative a number of years ago but settled on Promapp.

I love Promapp as a product and previously sung praises however it seems that Nintex has lost focus on the product, there is no user group meetings any more and software issues aren't being addressed.

Great product but lost its way being acquired by larger organisation
