Nintex Workflow for Sharepoint

Overall Satisfaction with Nintex Process Platform

Nintex is used within our company to create a series of workflow approvals for different processes that were previously done on paper.

Pros

  • Workflow automation.
  • Visual overview of workflow process.
  • Ability to handle multiple workflows.

Cons

  • CSS customization could be better.
  • Could be easier to test an edit of existing workflow.
  • Reduced paper processes.
  • Reduced workflow completion time.
  • Allowed us to combine multiple processes into one workflow.
We use Nintex within the SharePoint environment. This was the easiest and most convenient environment for us to implement into. This was due to the fact the environment was already configured for all of our users.
They use they workflows, but nothing else.
We considered no other options.
For our purposes automation of workflows, especially workflows that require approval by multiple people is very easy to do with Nintex. This has allowed us to create multiple, complex workflows that have replaced many paper based processes. These workflows are used by all staff within our company (500+ people).

We do wish we could have more control over the look and feel of the interface.
