Easy for anyone to learn and Effective to use
Overall Satisfaction with Nooks
Our company is 100% remote, and we use Nooks not only to cold call at scale using their power dialer, but also as a way to co-work. Cold calling is a numbers game, with lots of rejection. Having a shared space where co-workers and I are calling together allows us to enjoy the process and make it a social process that is enjoyable! Sometimes we log in just to do other work with another co-worker.
Pros
- Quality of the phone connection is strong, rarely scratchy
- The product rarely has bugs- only when AWS went down did it have problems
- The company communicates with users regularly and clearly, stating when/if an issue is underway, and what/when is being done.
- The co-working space is easy to use and requires almost no training.
Cons
- I have yet to find something that doesn't work well
- We've found it works best if we don't have our cameras on- which requires more bandwidth.
- When a meeting IS booked, a transcript of the successful call is available, but only on the user side- not the called side- which I understand is for legal reasons, but would be nice to see both sides.
- Calling 100+ people is easy to do, which gives sales the opportunity to talk to real people
- The coworking option makes it enjoyable, social, to do cold calling, which makes a sales person more likely to do it.
I was not the person who evaluated any other products, so I can't speak to this process.
