Overall Satisfaction with Nooks

Nooks has been a god send to skip voicemails and make cold calling 10x more efficient. I think it has done a phenomenal job in terms of innovation, integration with multiple tools, fetching the right data, data enrichment, and also infusing AI into where it is most definitely needed. The idea of having a parallel dialer, on top of ability to access multiple phone numbers for calling and identifying Spam. Nooks is making calling a cakewalk.

Pros

  • Parallel Dialer - option of dialling 1-5 people at the same time. Could be helpful to prioritize, and reach out to more number of people at the same time.
  • Multiple phone numbers access. I can use several different numbers, and also different based on regions and connectivity rate of my number.
  • Integration with various tools like Salesloft, Hubspot, Salesforce to have sequences made, but at the same time also using AI to build smart lists of people who have not picked up, opened the mail etc.

Cons

  • UI has some big issues often
  • Glitches with new features rolled out.
  • Integrations sometimes duplicate results.
  • Able to reach out to 10x more people than I would have if I dialed normally
  • Ability to reach back out to folks who were interested, but timing was bad by assisting with followups
  • Making outbound more impactful by segregating sequences
As mentioned before, for an outbound engine focusing on a huge TAM of B2B businesses, this is no longer a good to have, it has become a must have. We need this to be largely efficient and multiply our reachouts to as many companies as possible. This is great to use as well.

Parallel dialling is a game changer to focus on the prospects who actually will pick up. And on top of that, the idea of making sure you can integrate multiple sequences and multiple tools makes it a great tool, with all the recording and AI summary in place which goes a long way in assessing calls.
Data enrichment is a huge plus
