Overall Satisfaction with Okta
We are using Okta for our entire organization. For us, this solved the problem of users managing multiple passwords for multiple services. It drastically reduced the time to onboard a new employee and allowed us to easily implement organization-wide MFA. Okta has also allowed us to quickly onboard and integrate the employees of companies that we acquire.
- Okta makes single sign-on for users easy and allows our employees to access all systems with one username and password.
- Okta makes automated provisioning of new hires seamless. No work needs to be done by IT.
- Okta has fantastic technical support.
- Sometimes the logs can be difficult to interpret.
- I wish Okta would work with more HRIS systems.
- Okta can definitely get pricey, but it tends to be worth it.

- Decrease in VPN related tickets (Okta provides authentication now)
I selected Okta for its robustness of product as well as the clear record of security breaches, which some of its competitors do not have. Ease of use and reliability of the product are things that are unmatched by its competitors.
