Overall Satisfaction with Okta
I use Okta for signing in to various corporate assets regardless if on the corporate network or at home. The use case is for safely accessing various applications and making sure it is me who is requesting access to those applications. The application is easy to use and prevents unauthorized access.
Pros
- Allows easy Login to various corporate applications
- Requires simple login for various custom created spreadsheets, notes
- Identifies who is accessing these applications
Cons
- Okta Verify has made it simple to access corporate applications
- I do not have any suggested improvements
- All I can say is the product helps to safely access the applications I need
It is worked with all applications I need it to provide secure access both at the office and at home. I do not have anything negative to say.
I have not needed Okta support which is a good thing.
it has impacted us positively.
This was compared to Cisco Duo which we had previously for MFA along with Okta for application access.
