Okta - the one-stop shop

Okta is used by our corporation to house all of our important internal sites. This allows employees to easily access information they would need in one location without having to bookmark a plethora of different tabs. It is also a one-stop shop for sign in, which is useful as most people are not very reliable with remembering their login credentials.

I have benefited from this in the sense of getting my time back in two ways. The first, I do not have to make erroneous bookmarks for the apps that I use on a day to day basis. It also allows me the opportunity to not have to memorize a multitude of passwords. It also gives me the ability to send a collogue to the site to get all their information.

Reliability is key when it comes to consolidating resources. If reliability was not there, we would be no better off with this app. The reliability allows me peace of mind to know that our apps will be available to us with single-sign in. This improves our response times and our ability to get our work done effectively.
