Overall Satisfaction with Okta Workforce Identity

Okta is a must-have for any companies in today's digital landscape. No more sharing passwords or managing passwords. I love the ease-of-use and the fact that anyone, regardless of background, can use this product. Our entire company used Okta and were given access to what they needed based on their job role. I prefer Okta over previous solutions we used. We had OneLogin before and it didn't do what we needed.

Cons

  • Needs a better-looking UI.
  • Allowed us to ramp people up quickly without password or login issues.
Well-suited for teams with spread out employees or those with many logins. Basically, anyone who cares about cybersecurity needs this.
