Overall Satisfaction

  • Publishing and scheduling though Oktopost are very easy, whether it is a one-off post or an entire campaign.
  • SFDC and Marketo integration - leads generated from social media are pushed right into our other marketing and sales tools.
  • The listening in Oktopost is lacking; we are only able to track conversations that we have initiated.
  • With Oktopost we are able to track the number of leads that come in from every campaign. Together with the SFDC integration we are able to see the exact value each campaign, post or message has added to our company.
We are very happy with the results it is showing. There is obviously more development that needs to continue, but I am positive that we will continue to use Oktopost.
Oktopost is a great tool for small/medium enterprises, as well as marketing agencies.

Product Usage

  • Social media management - with Oktopost we are able to manage multiple social profiles on multiple networks very easily.
  • Social media analytics - the high level analytics give us the ability to analyze the posts, groups and messages
  • Lead generation from social media - We are able to generate actual leads from social media

Evaluation and Selection

Prior to using Oktopost we were manually managing our social media marketing.
Hootsuite, SproutSocial.
Our social media marketing is based on content marketing campaigns in order to generate leads. Oktopost is the only tool that has the capabilities to enable us to do that.


As I stated earlier, I would suggest doing a quick session with the Oktopost team in order to properly set up the account and make sure you are getting the full experience.

There is a lack of online training videos or documentation. They have a long list of FAQ's but I would prefer a quick YouTube video instead.
The product is rather self explanatory, and they are happy to answer any questions. I would suggest maybe doing a 1-on-1 demo if you need help getting started.


When I have sent in questions to support, I have received answers pretty quickly and they were helpful.
However, I would like to see more information on the support page rather than having to contact them directly.
Not Sure - Not sure that such a feature is available.
