Overall Satisfaction with Olo
We use OLO for support for our Charleys.com site. Also for integrating DoorDash, UberEats, Grubhub, etc directly into the POS to save time and improve accuracy.
- Integrate 3rd party platforms into POS

- hard to set up rails
- hard to set store hours
- lead time to set up new stores keeps getting longer
- I would like them to make it so after a store is set up to our specifications, it can be used as a template. They keep missing stuff when setting up new stores.
