Overall Satisfaction with Omnify
We work with the State Board of Elections to schedule their election judges' training. We pre-load all judges' information who are eligible for training into Omnify so the judges can schedule their classes. This product also allows us to schedule for them if they are unable to themselves.
Pros
- Their support team is very responsive and goes out of their way to customize our setup as much as they are able to.
- Setting up the configuration, look and feel of the booking site is easy.
- Scheduling appointments from the back-end of the system is very easy.
Cons
- There is no ability to get rid of the "cost" information when booking even if your classes are free.
- If your users don't have email addresses they can't schedule online themselves.
- The reporting could be a little more robust.
- Ability for users to be able to schedule themselves online from a schedule of classes.
- Ability to load a list of users who can schedule their own appointments and block anyone else from scheduling.
- Ability to adjust as we go by adding/removing classes, adding/removing users.
- It enabled us to take on the current project with the State Board of Elections.
Haven't used any other product like this. In our search for this product, we did look at a few others and they all didn't seem as customizable as Omnify.
