Overall Satisfaction with ON24
It is primarily used by one department to facilitate training to our organization members.
- Training
- The Q&A feature is very nice that it can be set up to notify you when someone asks a question after the live event.
- It is customizable in terms of look and the features you can use.
- The Presentation Manager is great that you can manage the whole thing within the system and not have to screen share your presentation.
- The reporting feature could be better improved to more easily be able to see when people not just registered for an event but when they actually attended/viewed it.
- Being able to screen share an on on-demand webinar would be nice.
- It would be nice if a presenter could be on video but the producer did not have to be.
- It would be helpful to have an option to allow participants to call in and be able to speak/communicate with the presenters verbally.
We are in the process of integrating it with Salesforce.
- Able to increase engagement with the UI of the platform.
The interface of ON24 was much better than GoToWebinar that it was all contained in the Presentation Manager.
