Overall Satisfaction with ON24
We use On24 to manage and drive our training for our dealer's service techncians. We create webinars and tests online so the technicians are able to take watch the webinar at their convenience and take a test at the end of the webinar to show how much of the information was retained for later use. We also use On24 to create training webinars for new employees showing procedures and policies within our company. We have also used it to create on demand webinars for new policies or procedures for current employee training.

- On demand function is loved by our dealers. They can do on their own time at their own pace. Saves them from pulling people off jobs in the middle of day to watch a 60 minute webinar.
- To add or delete slides to a presentation is easy.
- Adding video content to a webinar increases audience participation as well as keeps them engaged in the webinar.
- Their test widget needs improved and updated. They only allow for multiple choice questions.
- The certificate you can supply with an on demand webinar showing participation is not of a professional grade and cannot easily be adopted for your company branding.
We have it integrated with Sales Force. We use it to automatically record technicians test scores so we do not have to do manually.
- It has freed up employees' time to manually record scores and information in Sales Force.
They had the On Demand feature we were looking for in an application.
