Overall Satisfaction with ON24
We use ON24 as our primary digital education delivery mechanism. We needed a better way to track training for undergraduate students and volunteers. ON24 provided a way for us to seamlessly track what we needed. We also needed a better delivery system for our primary as well as related content. For example, if have a related content paper ON24 allows us to attach the document directly to the webcast.
ON24 is used across the organization from staff to volunteers. From creating short, 1-2 minute videos to longer 45+ minute webinars. We also use it to engage with our members who are viewing the videos/webinars. Additionally, it's used to assist the organization with our onboarding and training/development of volunteers.

- Training
- The Q/A widget. The ability to keep the Q/A widget open during the on-demand portion of a webinar is amazing.
- The ability to customize the theme (background image, add/remove widgets, etc.) for each webcast. This allows there to be a focused approach to the webcast delivery.
- The Presentation Manager. This allows the webcast producer to manage the webcast seamlessly.
- Reporting. It would be beneficial to know when a user has actually viewed a webcast verses when they register for the webcast.
- Audio bridge for participants to speak directly with presenters.
- Once a webcast is created, it would be nice to be able to change the delivery type of the webcast. For example, from on-demand to live.
While we use Salesforce, we have yet to integrate ON24 with any of other systems.
- We are now better equipped to understand from where our registrations occur. This allows our marketing to be more targeted.
- Our participants are more likely to join the webcast due to the ease of registration and login as well as being visually appealing.
- We track reporting on a fiscal year cycle. Since we don't know when the participant actually viewed the webcast and only when they register, this became a struggle for us to report accurately.
The presentation manager sets ON24 apart from the competition. Additionally, the audience view and widgets available made ON24 a clear choice for us.
