Overall Satisfaction with ON24
We use ON24 in the marketing department to host webinars for prospects and clients. We feature thought leaders, new products, and current clients on our webinars to raise awareness about our brand, inform our audience about industry trends and launch new products. This allows us to nurture leads and build stronger relationships with our current customers.
- Lead generation
- The viewer console looks as great as it is useful. Our audience can engage with us in a very professional-looking, virtual setting.
- The presenter console is incredibly easy to use, even for presenters who have never participated in a webinar before. It makes our set-up time much shorter and the experience for our guest panelists much better.
- The integration with Marketo is very important for us. We couldn't live without it!
- We'd love to see better functionality for 'talking heads' panel discussions. Right now it isn't very easy to switch between presenters who are speaking.
- In order to do a dry-run of our webinars, we currently have to set up a second webcast event in ON24 and provide separate login information to our panelists, which can get confusing when it comes time for the real event.
The Marketo integration allows us to add new leads to our database directly from webinar registration. The engagement metrics provided by ON24 allow us to score our leads. The integration with Salesforce allows us to display responses to poll questions on the lead and contact detail pages, so that reps can use the information in their outreach.

- With ON24, we have been able to reach a larger audience than with other platforms, where user experience and reliability issues deterred registrants from attending or staying engaged.
The user experience for both the audience and the presenters with on ON24 far exceeds that of similar webinar vendors. We had previously used GoToWebinar and found it to be unreliable with poor quality when it came to the recordings. We wanted something more polished that we could rely on and use for high-quality recordings, so we chose ON24 and never looked back!
