Overall Satisfaction with ON24
On24 is now our official webinar platform to conduct B2B webinars to registrants for learning purposes. It's mainly used by the marketing department and has been utilized by my marketing colleagues in different offices. As each session is easily customizable with background colors or pictures, we find that there's flexibility in what we can do. Presenters are also able to share their screen with webinar attendees and that is really a big win. We also like the resource list.

- Our participants like the resource list - definitely useful to be able to include files and links.
- Not all countries have a dial in number.
- Video lags when it's played.
- No announcement window for admins to send messages to all participants.
We are using Oracle at the moment, so if there is an integration, data collected in On24 can potentially provide account-based insights.

Go To Webinar was simple to use but a lot of functions are limited. On24 has a lot more features and is more customisable.
