Overall Satisfaction with ON24

Overall we feel ON24 is a reliable platform. It enhances the audience's experience and looks professional. We no longer experience awkward transitions between speakers and enjoy many other features. Currently, North America is utilizing On24 but other regions are looking into switching over as well. The custom console is a great way to brand each webinar, it's easy to edit and looks great.

  • Provides audience engagement and download analytics.
  • Allows polling questions and answers for the speaker to discuss which enhances our audiences interaction.
  • The speaker's bio and headshots widget give credibility to the speaker.
  • It allows many custom features, for example, we downloaded New Orleans music/promo for the lobby music to remind our customers to register for our big user event in New Orleans.
  • If we could edit somehow slides in the presentation manager that would be great.
  • I didn't use all of my purchased webinars and they were not allowed to roll over into the next fiscal year.
  • I want the rest of our organization to use on24 but they say its too expensive.
We've integrated ON24 with Marketo. This works well, but I am not the person responsible for managing the integration.
I've been using ON24 for just under 2 years and haven't had any issues.
  • I've been able to host more events with ON24 due to their pre-record and simu-live features.
  • We have driven new leads and allowed for a better end user experience.
  • The real-time reporting provides more details for post-event activities to our sales teams.
I evaluated ReadyTalk. I could not access the phone line during our demo, there was an outage of some sort. Reliability was why we were getting rid of Gotowebinar, so they were out.
ON24 should be used for customer and prospect webinars. It does not need to be used internally because it is too cost prohibitive. I wish we could have more users, our contract only allows for 2, which means I am involved in many other webinars that are very time consuming outside of the scope of my role.
