Overall Satisfaction with ON24

ON24 is used within our Sales Department to educate users on the types of services we offer. It allows us to reach a large number of people on their computer, at their convenience. Since we cannot get in front of everyone, webinars help us talk to people across the country.

We have never come in contact with an ON24 unplanned outage.

We selected ON24 because it is user-friendly and reliable.
ON24 is good for businesses who are tech savvy and have the manpower to support a webinar. Although they are effective, they take a lot of effort internally. ON24 would not be appropriate for those who haven't used webinar platforms in the past and who don't have enough employees to make it run smoothly. Overall, it's a good product when used correctly.
