ON24 Review
Overall Satisfaction with ON24
We use it primarily for webinars in which we share relevant content with clients and other external individuals. We also use it to share CLE information with alumni, and also plan to use it for internal administrative meetings.

Pros
- Provides an interactive experience for participants, which engages them more than a simple screen sharing.
- Integrates well with other software we use, including Vuture.
- Provides great metrics on the participant experience and usage.
Cons
- Account management could be easier, since we have different types of users sharing accounts. All webinar info is required to be stored together, vs. separating it out.
We integrate ON24 with Vuture, to facilitate emailing/inviting participants and tracking attendance/follow-ups.
- We have not measured ROI on this.
- Cisco Webex Room Series (formerly Cisco Spark Room Series)
ON24 provides more interactive experiences for participants.
