Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are currently using ON24 to produce our global webinar strategy. This is being used across many departments with marketing. It allows us to run global digital events with ease and integrated easily with our CRM and email automation tools.

Easily integrates with CRM and email automation
Archive of recordings opens up greater opportunity for on-demand strategy
Excellent collaboration tool for multiple presenters
Customization options allows for great user experience and branding across the console

Mobile experience could use some improvements as the experience is not the greatest
Global presenters have some issues with international dial-in information
Limited file download options for the console

Reliability and Availability

This rating was given because with a recent update, when an emergency for an event occurs, the contact info for immediate service is not accessible. Their ticket system however is a great way to track issues that need to be fixed over an extended period of time. Also, their account managers are extremely helpful and available when account issues need to be address or if teams have questions about the platform.

Return on Investment

Our overall attendance has increased greatly for both live and on-demand consumption.
We saw a substantial increase in our PEV YOY in 2018.
The tool has allowed us to increase the number of events we are producing exponentially.

Alternatives Considered

Zoom and GoToWebinar

Zoom and GoTo did not have the level or scale for webinar execution compared to ON24. The integration, customization, and ease of use that ON24 delivers is greater than Zoom or GoTo from both the audience and presenter prospective. ON24's user experience is in a high selling point compared to the competitors, including Zoom and GoTo.

ON24 is well suited for global content that is relevant across multiple pasts of the buying journey and marketing funnel. Its customization options allows you to tailor content to highly target audiences, and delivers top-notch tracking and analytics to nurture those individuals all the way down the funnel. For instance, you can create webinar series that hit each part of the funnel, and tag the content in ON24 to track those registrations.

ON24 is an excellent and easy to use tool that creates the best user experience for digital events
