Overall Satisfaction with ON24

ON24 allows TGC to offer a lead gen product to our clients as well as an educational arm to our subscribers through educational, CLE-eligible webinars.

Pros

  • The platform is easy to set up and customize
  • The chat box for help/issues is easy to use and always responsive

Cons

  • I could use a paid registration page option
  • some speakers/presenters have asked for an internet dial-in option, along with the traditional dial-in
We are not integrated.
I have had a few streaming issues with audio, based on a line that was over-busy, but that has only happened 2 times in 25 webinars.

I selected them because of the ease of the platform, the sales person knew what they were talking about and the experience level of the person they were speaking to (me).
