We use ON24 to conduct large scale webinars for our customers and prospects for lead gen and fostering customer loyalty. The Lead Gen team manages the platform and produces the webinars in conjunction with other departments throughout the company.

- It is very reliable.
- Solid support both during, pre and post event.
- Surveys and event reporting is great.
- None come to mind at the moment.
We do not use the integration at this time.
- We have educated our customers on important changes that could affect their business.
- We have generated leads from our webinars, but mostly we generate a lot of downloads and other engagement.
