Overall Satisfaction with ON24

We use it to run live and simulive webinars for many different departments across the company. We also use it for clients to be able to view webcasts and pieces of training as on demand. We also use it to host internal pieces of training.

  • A strength for ON24 is that it does simu-live webcasts. It's a strength as we could not find other platforms out there with this functionality.
  • Another strength of ON24 is they make it easy to create a webcast, set up the registration pages and add in the content. This is nice as sometimes we schedule many webinars and it takes me minutes to get them up and ready.
  • Another strength of ON24 is that I have almost always received great support from their support team.
  • I would like to see VoIP supported. This is the biggest complaint I get from all presenters.
  • There are several caveats with doing a simu-live webcast that are odd. Such as, not being able to go live until 2 min after a pre-recorded feed has stopped.
It's not integrated with our CRM.
I've never had it not be available.
  • It has increased customer engagement especially with the ability for them to attend a live webcast or be able to go back and watch it at their leisure with simple on demand. And/or share it with others that may find the content relevant.
Honestly, each has certain things that are more simplistic or granular than the other or annoying caveats the others may not have. ON24 having the ability to do the simu-live was what made us go with it.
If it supported VoIP I would recommend it more.
