It is used by the B2B marketing department, specifically the field team, in all regions (Europe, LatAm and the US) to create webinars for demand generation. It is managed by the Marketing Operations and MarTech team.

Before the pandemic, the company was 100% focused on physical events, from small meetings to tradeshows. We have managed to move all our actions to online webinars across the globe thanks to ON24.
The setup for Zoom webinar was much easier and simple, and the possibility to integrate with HubSpot natively (register in HS) was a plus, and some paid speakers requested Zoom, but in the end, the options that ON24 offers, the specific tools and organization of the platform convinced us it was the best option. Also, the CS and support teams have always been very helpful to us.
