Overall Satisfaction with ON24

ON24 is being used as part of our Marketing, Business Transformation, Data & Analytics and Operations Groups to bring business/solution education, awareness, user group sessions, data trends to market (customers and prospects) in a scalable method through a technology platform that is easy to use. We typically invite several internal speakers as well as guest speakers so that the content is presented from an "inside-out" and "outside-in" perspective.
  • Nice interface (user and viewer).
  • In platform chat (non-visible to end viewers).
  • Polls, surveys, CTA's.
  • "Spotty" connection issues for some participants.
  • "Troubleshooting" tips (should be a trouble shoot tips right on screen for users).
  • MAP platform integration - data sync timing issues.
  • Reporting capabilities - should provide more robust reporting capabilities.
  • Increased engagement with customers who may have otherwise not been able to in person events.
  • Helped create "warm" leads for sales to follow up with.
  • Allows for us to "self-serve" post event reporting metrics; obtain insights into your audience engagement levels and profile of audience.
  • Integrate with CRM/marketing automation software
  • Track registration and attendance

Since COVID-19 hit, our business has shifted to 100% virtual events for our Canadian location; this has allowed us to maintain "BAU" from a customer engagement perspective when it comes to sharing business insights with larger audiences. It has also allowed other BU's within our Canada business to utilize the platform to share insights, create user groups and QA sessions with minimal impact to their limited budgets.
Scalability has been great; moved from just Marketing using the platform to our Ops, D&A, Transformation teams using the platform to share insights. I share admin access with 1 other colleague specific to Canada and we are able to manage platform access, metrics/reporting and event setup quite efficiently.
ON24 from our experience has proven to be superior from a service, platform, technology and support perspective. Our experience with other vendors - albeit limited in this space - has not come close to the level that ON24 has managed to provide in the time we've been working with them.
ON24 has solved many situations in which our business has had to "go live" in a very short timeframe - the platform and support team accommodate and has not caused a delay. We've found it to be a great add on to our MarTech stack and the functionality of the tool has worked wonderfully for both large and small audiences.
