Overall Satisfaction with ON24
ON24 is being used for the firm's online virtual seminar events, across our three offices.
- The branding/customizing experience is very professional.
- The reporting analytics are excellent.
- The customizable view for audience members.
- Sometimes the PowerPoint presentation uploads with duplicate slides. It is very tedious to go through and cross check which slides are duplicated.
- When you download the recording (single file archive) to an mp4 file with the "entire console view" instead of just slides and video, the mp4 file shows a very cropped and low quality image.
- Using a high quality virtual platform such as ON24, we've at least 5x our average attendance rates and therefore expanded our client engagement significantly.
- A number of new files have been generated simply from participating at our ON24 events.

We began using ON24 *because* of the pandemic. We needed a strong virtual platform to continue engaging with and delivering content to our clients, and ON24 was the answer to our problems. Especially having the backend view for producers and presenters to connect during the presentation, this solved a lot of issues we were having with other platforms.

Simply put, ON24 offers a highly customizable user experience, as well as a completely professional branding ability, that no other platform compares to. In addition to the aesthetics and user-friendly nature of the platform, there is a proper back-end for producers/presenters to communicate with each other throughout the presentation without risk of disrupting the attendee view.
