Overall Satisfaction with ON24

We use ON24 to deliver professional development courses ranging from a traditional webinar to 3-day multi-track, multi-session conferences. We've been using ON24 for almost 3 years and in March of 2020 used it to quickly move all our training virtually (including a multi-session conference we had to move virtually in less than 3 weeks).

  • Not able to have live video Q&A for a previously recorded session.
  • Allowed us to move all our in-person events virtually (including a 5,000 person conference).
  • Provided new formats for our in-person events that we could reach a new audiences with.

Without ON24, we would have been unable to achieve what we did in 2020. We had a successful year of events even with the challenges of COVID-19. We had our largest annual conference ever, all delivered through ON24. We reached new audiences with our virtual events and will continue offering them even after we return to on-person events.
ON24 allowed us to offer a range of educational options, from 1-hour webinars to 3-day conferences with 90+ sessions.
ON24 offers an impressive array of features. They are constantly developing the product, but oftentimes new features are an additional fee (like live captioning and breakout rooms). For some of our pain points, like limited networking options, we've had to use third-party solutions that don't integrate well with ON24. This works but isn't always the best customer experience. Overall, ON24 allowed us to move all of our in-person training virtually very quickly during the pandemic. It works well and the service is reliable.
