Overall Satisfaction with ON24
For the centralized marketing organization -- so across the enterprise but for external marketing/thought leadership events.
- Great attendee experience.
- Most elegant user experience as a webinar producer/speaker -- integration of slides, polls, videos, screen share -- very seamless compared to other platforms (e.g. Webex, GoToMeeting).
- Data management - very detailed data for marketing/sales follow-up and lead generation.
- Unable to use backgrounds when presenting.
- The captioning/transcript feature is terrible.
- The advanced reporting tool has too many restrictions/limitations.
- The Target engagement hub is way too expensive for the functionality offered.
- In 2020 we tied back over $20.0 million in associated revenue to ON24 webinars for our group benefits business.
- Track registration and attendance
- Enable sales follow-up
- Optimize campaign nurture programs
Very much so. We quickly pivoted from mostly in-person, regional events prior to 2020 to fully virtual events calendar starting in March 2020, and began a weekly national webinars series which we've continued into 2021, with much success in terms of brand image/reputation, and sales activity.
ON24 is a more user-friendly platform for administrators and presenters. It's a little more challenging/not as friendly for attendees, but if the audience console is set-up correctly, it can be as good or better than other platforms. Uploading slides vs. sharing a screen is a huge plus for ON24 producers/presenters because it minimizes presenter error and allows for all speakers to advance slides without handoffs. Also the polling questions built into the slide window makes for a much smoother polling experience for presenter and audience.
