Overall Satisfaction with ON24
We use ON24 for our 1:many webinars for client onboarding. It is a platform that can be customized based on the widgets you add - we like this as it allows us to have a Call of Action button, breakout room option, audience chat, Q&A widget, recourses widget, and much more. We also appreciate how the live webinars can be converted into on-demand videos for future webinars. At the moment, two teams within our org use it; we are evaluating further due to buffering and lag issues being faced by both presenters and audience members. Also, we have gotten feedback that the console can be confusing to the audience members due to multiple widgets and also the unfamiliarity of the platform compared to other conference tools, which are more widely used.

Yes, it is useful as it gives a virtual setting for a classroom style of learning which is great during these times. It also helps with e-learning for audience members across the globe. Due to on-demand videos, this has also helped audience members who may have missed live sessions get access to the webinars at any time.
