Overall Satisfaction with ON24

Yes, it has been used by my team and me to deliver onboarding sessions for customers who are new to our software and would like to explore and use our company software. The aim over here is to ensure that customers onboard our software and understand the functionality which is available for their utilization.

ON24 has enabled us to conduct online training across different regions. As we have stepped into the digital world, we could see many people joining our online events or the webinars where the adoption rate has significantly increased among our customer base. The NPS score was also upward because of this.
The scalability is good. However, when we increase the user base, we could see many of the widgets have slowed a bit, and sometimes the pulse check has a lot of latency issues. I believe that this can be improved over the course of time, and it has been an amazing platform.

Zoom and ON24 seem to be similar. ON24 has a host of reporting capabilities which makes the user experience enriched. We are able to track how many users and what type of user had been the part of the webinar and what can of programs we can design.

Delivering a quick webinar on-demand for customers seems easy, and it can be very easy to record the screen along with all the steps taken hands-on approach would be better for ON24. A less appropriate large audience scale would be an issue as the number of users interacting with widgets would have an issue.
