Overall Satisfaction with ON24
We use the ON24 digital platform to provide positive, informative, and engaging experiences to end-users. Using this platform efficiently allows us to reach a large concurrent audience, both live and on-demand, and this pushes and drives measurable growth to our and our client's businesses. The system provided by ON24 is a world apart from anything that we have used before, not only in terms of user experience but also reliability, both very important in an ever-growing digital world. With the capability to edit HTML / CSS on registration/lobby pages, as well as the email system, there is full customization support for branding and content - these features are simple yet very effective.
Pros
- The creation and customization of each event is simple, yet effective

Cons
- The platform logs you out if you're idle for a certain period of time, and there's no way to change this duration. It can be frustrating at times.
- It took them a long time to add the ability to draw/make notes on slides while presenting.
- Clients ask for virtual webcam backgrounds a lot, which is coming, but we're not entirely sure when. More clarity is needed here and there.
- ON24 has allowed us to deliver meaningful pitches, promotions, and seminars to clients/audience members all year round, remotely.
- The reporting available to us through the ON24 platform allows us to assess and review what is working and what needs adjusting with our events. This is valuable to us.
- Using the tools available, we've doubled our audience engagement in the last 12 months, and this has allowed us to generate leads at a later stage of the "funnel."

The ability to create and host digital events throughout the pandemic has been fantastic. We have seen a much more positive outlook towards attending a webinar/virtual event, as well as hosting/speaking on one. This alone has created an immediate change of direction with clients, in that they are running more events, constantly looking at improving, and for the majority of our clients, they see extremely positive results with the assessment that we're able to conduct together.
