Overall Satisfaction with ON24

We use it to host virtual events, both for potential clients and current customers. They vary from informational sessions to sales pitches, and fund events. It is used across Marketing, Customer Service, Sales, and Customer Experience teams. We were able to host virtual city visits during the pandemic which helped keep our customers engaged when they couldn't travel.

We use the data to follow up on prospective clients and track if customers keep using our service more when they join an event or do not. It really helps paint a fuller picture of the customer journey. We also know when to stop reaching out to customers if they don't purchase anything.
It has made us rethink how we run events and make them more interactive and easy for the customer. It has revamped our whole experience which is amazing! We just love it! I would highly recommend giving them a try to see for yourself what they can do for you.
As previously stated it is just a great platform!

If you need to engage customers or potential clients in a larger scale event, this is much easier to use and run than a Zoom webinar or a Teams webinar. Much easier for the end-user to register and they don't need an app or an account to join. Very user-friendly.
