Overall Satisfaction with ON24

I use ON24 in my organization for demand generation and partner training. We host at least 120 events per year to engage prospects, customers, and partners. Furthermore, we use ON24's engagement tools within the event console to deliver sales-related signals to the sales teams. So far, ON24 has done a great job at helping us solve our business problems.

Overall, I am satisfied with the insights that ON24 has provided us. We can provide sales with information on attendees such as downloaded assets, watch time, and demo requests. This information can be communicated via the ON24 reports and integrated CRMs. We can also take note of which users are the most active in terms of webinar attendance.
ON24 provides me the ability to promote related assets such as case studies, webinars, events, sales sheets, and white papers that the attendee may be interested in consuming during or after the webinar. Furthermore, attendees can easily click the get a demo call-to-action engagement tool, which provides the sales team which a strong signal that the attendee is interested in learning about the company, product, and services.
You can alter many features in ON24. For example, you can make the event a simu-live, which is a simulated live webinar that is actually prerecorded. In addition, you can include a live Q&A session after your simu-live portion of your event concludes. On another note, you can host virtual conferences on the platform, where thousands of people can attend.
ON24 has a lot of flexibility and can scale with your company's growth. However, there is a learning curve when it comes to utilizing the platform. Don't fret though, because a dedicated customer success manager can assist you to utilize the platform with ease!

Customer support via the support chat can be a hit or miss. When customer support is not able to help, we ask customer success to assist, which may not be available during all hours. I think some additional training for customer support would improve customer satisfaction scores. That's all I can say for now.
