Overall Satisfaction with ON24

ON24 is used for webinars and information sessions for prospects of our organization's products. The business problems the product addresses is getting information out about our scope of offerings in a personable way by talking "face to face" with these audiences during live events where they can engage and ask questions in real time.

My company uses the engagement data generated from ON24 to add these audiences into our database for further communications and interest journeys. By attending our events and engaging we know that they most likely are already interested in hearing more from us and eventually enrolling.
ON24 has impacted has impacted my work by allowing me to have more flexibility and options when holding virtual events. It is nice to know that it makes presenter and attendee options easier. Down the line we want to try hosting semi-live events so that our presenters don't have to attend every event.
I gave this rating because I know that there are some options when it comes to flexibility and scalability with ON24, but there may be even more I am not aware of.
We selected ON24 because it offers a great experience for presenters and attendees of events.

ON24 is well suited for live events where the audience capabilities need to be controlled but not limited. It is less appropriate for smaller meetings where you would want to have a conversation with the intended audience.
