ON24 is used by Valeo Service to educate and train a variety of people interested in or working in the automotive sector. The webinar training platform ensures we can deliver professional train both live and on-demand focusing on various areas of the business. These include product demonstration training, detailed presentations on new technology that has both launched and being created by Valeo, as well as best fitment practice advice or a whole array of products to help users and fitters avoid warranty issues and secondary fitments. This is a great tool used by both our Marketing team and our TechCare Training team.

- Allows you to upload documents and training material that attendees can download and take away.
- Has an excellent chat service where you can speak to ON24 staff about any issues you may be experiencing.

ON24 has transformed the way I approach virtual events by providing seamless, interactive platforms that engage audiences effectively. Its intuitive interface and innovative features, such as personalized content and real-time analytics, have made it easier to create impactful experiences. This has inspired me to explore new virtual formats, like hybrid events and webinars, which enhance engagement and allow for more dynamic participation, ultimately elevating my work's reach and impact.
With the technical team unable to attend customer and garage premises to perform training, ON24 has enabled us to still reach out and stay in contact with our customer base as well as find other attendees that are also interested in our products and services. This has led to an increase in people trained.
ON24 has many aspects that Google Meets does not. For a start, it has the capability to pre-record the training presentation that can then be set to play at a date determined by the presenter. Therefore, no live training is required. It also has the function to share documentation with attendees that they can download and keep.

No, we did not purchase premium support. The main reason was the additional cost associated with it, which did not align with our budget. While we recognized the value of premium support for quicker resolutions and more personalized assistance, we felt that the standard support provided was sufficient for our needs.
