Overall Satisfaction with ON24

The team at [...] relies on their event and field marketing channels to establish brand awareness and attract new members and retain existing clients. But in-person events were becoming costly, time consuming and limited the team’s ability to expand their reach to larger, global audiences. Event execution required the help of third-party vendors and made it hard if not impossible to capture and track valuable audience engagement data.

Pros

Cons

  • Sometimes due to webinar being on a "website" we run into our audience members having connection issues. This is something that is a user problem, we understand, but trying to figure out a way to avoid that.
  • More inbound requests
  • Increased the number of events we are able to deliver by 400%
  • 2x increase in registration
We have integrated our data with our CRM to create more leads within our space. Additionally we have used data from our past years with ON24 to count attendee numbers and have seen a significant increase from years past.
ON24 gives us the opportunity to be creative with adding our own personalized touch to it. We have held huge webinars within the platform (where years past we did these type of events in person) and were able to see increased engagement. And the ON24 Services team was so incredibly helpful in getting our team onboarded and our large-scale events up and running.
ON24 team has always been flexible and reliable.
In my opinion, there is no comparison as ON24 goes above and beyond Microsoft Teams.

With one platform, the team could now track the behavior of every event and webinar attendee and deliver those insights directly into the hands of their field reps for follow-up. Digital enrollment meetings and wellness events for existing members (including virtual yoga classes!) included links to always-on content hubs full of relevant resources and engaging, on-demand experiences.
