Overall Satisfaction with ON24
The team at [...] relies on their event and field marketing channels to establish brand awareness and attract new members and retain existing clients. But in-person events were becoming costly, time consuming and limited the team’s ability to expand their reach to larger, global audiences. Event execution required the help of third-party vendors and made it hard if not impossible to capture and track valuable audience engagement data.
Pros

Cons
- Sometimes due to webinar being on a "website" we run into our audience members having connection issues. This is something that is a user problem, we understand, but trying to figure out a way to avoid that.
- More inbound requests
- Increased the number of events we are able to deliver by 400%
- 2x increase in registration
In my opinion, there is no comparison as ON24 goes above and beyond Microsoft Teams.
