Overall Satisfaction with ON24
ON24 manages all of our webinars. The landing page for the webinar is created through ON24 which includes the registration form. It has an integration with Marketo, so all the registration data flows in seamlessly. We also host all the presentations and speaker logistics in ON24 so it's all managed in one place.

We use the engagement data from ON24 to determine the quality of leads who registered for the webinar. Just because they registered, doesn't mean they attended for the whole session, so the engagement data helps us identify the best possible leads from those who showed up and engaged with the content.
Especially in a post-pandemic work environment, ON24 helps us engage with prospective clients without asking them to attend an in-person event. We can launch webinars and create content at a much more rapid pace than our traditional conferences and trade shows. The cost savings from this approach also has had a very positive impact on our bottom line.
Marketo recently launched an interactive webinars feature, but we haven't explored it in too much depth since ON24 has worked out so well for us. The integration between ON24 and Marketo is also very seamless, so it doesn't feel like we are losing anything by handling webinars in a separate platform than our marketing automation system.
