Overall Satisfaction with OnBase by Hyland
Onbase is our primary records management software. We utilize it to file away and access all documents related to Owner Accounts, maintenance, and transfers. We also assign certain work-related items to individuals working for the purpose of accessing responses inbound and outbound. Utilizing it as a work queue also allows us the ability to keep secure information safe by eliminating the need for paper in our organization.

- Onbase assisted in a very large acquisition of Assets, we were able to retain documents provided to the previous company for ourselves to better piece together different account activities.
- Onbase has provided us stability over the course of working on this newly acquired account, by giving the ease of use to modify and pull documents.
- We are able to send correspondence and file it away. This serves as proof of contact and timeline accuracy for our communications.
The version of SharePoint we were utilizing was not very practical. We oftentimes had issues with archived documents, where they could be found or opening them all together. It seemed the older the document the harder it was to access when logged into SharePoint. This is critical in our business as we need to behave full access to documentation sent and received for an owner's account.
