Using OneCause

1 - I am the sole "power-user" of this platform, apart from my supervisor that had the credentials to the financials aspect. Our first year, we had a client success manager onsite for our events, and then I learned how to handle that role in order to save on our budget moving forward. But the online support team is very accessible and helpful for any questions I may have.
