Overall Satisfaction with OneCause

We use OneCause for some of our fundraisers, including those with ticket sales or a silent auction component. We did not have an auction software platform that we were happy with, so OneCause was an ideal solution when we started seeking a new provider.

Pros

  • Great customer service so that is responsive to questions or issues
  • Easy platform to process donations and payments with quick turnaround of finances
  • Easy to learn and use platform that allowed us to build out a robust and diverse silent auction

Cons

  • We wish the software was more conducive to a hybrid auction
  • The on-site assistance did not provide an upgrade to our own staff
  • We would like the ability to showcase multiple photos on auction descriptions
  • OneCause takes time to setup but it saves time on event day and closing out the event
  • OneCause provided us a 10:1 ROI
OneCause offers online tutorials and makes the process very easy to learn the platform
Between the chat function and the ability to email our customer service reps, we received timely feedback and assistance when setting up our event and all the elements related.
Much more modern platform that allowed our event to move online

OneCause is well suited to large fundraising events for ticket sales, silent auctions, or other fundraising components. OneCause is not the solution if you do not want to conduct your auction online in which guests need to use their phones to bid.

We can design our own landing page to attract attendees and secure their event tickets. It is also easy to solicit donations for your development team. I recommend the tool to stay organized and track results in real-time.
