Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use OneCause for our annual gala. We needed a hub that manages our guest lists, silent auction, and seating. We began using OneCause last year and decided we liked the product so much that we chose to use it again this year. During the "plea" portion of our event, we used OneCause to enter in live donations.

Usability

It's very easy to use, but there are some areas that have duplicate information. I guess, the more data the better!

Every time I called support, the representative was extremely helpful and walked me through any questions I had. They understood the product and troubleshooted any issues I had very fast.

We had a great event and are still able to generate reports post-event. Melissa, our event specialist was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She was a great trainer and had our employees ready for a 350 guest event.
