Overall Satisfaction with OneCause

We are first time users with OneCause. We wanted to utilize the online bidding to make the bidding and checkout more efficient.

Pros

  • The bidding process
  • Uploading information of sponsor
  • Uploading silent and live auction items

Cons

  • It was a beast to set up
  • Some people paid cash and we had to go back and add in
  • We raised more funds
  • The check out process for the live and silent auction was a lot faster
  • The use of AI to describe items was awesome
We didn't have any problems with the software.
They were very helpful and were patient and answered all our questions.
