Overall Satisfaction with OneLogin

We implemented OneLogin for all employees and students at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. It allows us to have a single username and password for all of our various apps and services. It also allows us to have more granular control of access and restrictions.

Pros

  • Single sign-on.
  • Multi-factor authentication.
  • O365 account provisioning.

Cons

  • End-user onboarding process.
  • Speed of adding new app connectors.
  • Reduced help desk password reset calls.
  • Reduced O365 account provisioning errors.
  • Reduced GSuite password reset and account issues.
OneLogin was a better value than Ping and Okta, and it was more feature-rich than HelloID. The other products are fine, but OneLogin was the perfect balance of value and functionality for our organization.
OneLogin was a dream for us to implement. We love the thoughtful design of the service. We've been incredibly pleased with the reliability and functionality provided by OneLogin. Any business that wants to implement SSO for their employees and/or customers should certainly consider OneLogin.
