Overall Satisfaction with OneSource Virtual

OneSource Virtual handles our backend payroll processing, tax filing, net pays, and garnishment fulfillment. These are items our company is not staffed to handle.

Pros

  • Timely garnishment and net pay processing

Cons

  • OneSource Virtual is only tied to Workday, which is where their expertise, however if we chose to switch HCM providers, we would lose OneSource Virtual.

  • OneSource Virtual managing, filing and remitting all our taxes, has eliminated all late file penalties we would have incurred previously.
Their ticketing system is great, very timely response, and ease of use.
OneSource Virtual has always been very supportive and responsive to our needs. I feel as though their team remains connected with their clients even after you've gone live with Workday.
