Overall Satisfaction with Ooma Office

Ooma Office is being used across the organization, providing a number of solutions including call recording, conference calling, faxing, and more. As a small business owner, my favorite thing is the price tag. I did a lot of research before settling on Ooma Office. They give me a lot of bang for the buck. We get tons of features without breaking the bank, and that’s very important when you are in the growing stages. As far as their customer service goes, their team is very friendly, knowledgeable and quick to respond. They are really set up to keep small businesses running.

Ooma Office is great for discovery calls because it gives you an option to record. You can always go back and listen to any points you may have missed or need more clarity on without bothering your clients. Also, the virtual assistant makes my company look and sound professional even before I pick up the phone.
