We were using Open Phone, an app. We paid for 4 different numbers and ran our business this way which was not sustainable. We were also paying $60 a month for this service which had 0 features. Once we switched to Ooma office, we have dropped our bill to $30 and are using 3 numbers all included with several extensions. Now everyone on our team has their own extension, and we can call each department and keep up while working remotely.
