Overall Satisfaction with Ooma Office

We are using Ooma Office Company-wide. It bridges the gap between our team members and the customer's needs. Now, our customers can choose from options and be directed to the correct office branch or department immediately.

We were using Open Phone, an app. We paid for 4 different numbers and ran our business this way which was not sustainable. We were also paying $60 a month for this service which had 0 features. Once we switched to Ooma office, we have dropped our bill to $30 and are using 3 numbers all included with several extensions. Now everyone on our team has their own extension, and we can call each department and keep up while working remotely.
