Overall Satisfaction with OpenHire
OpenHire is being used as our applicant tracking system. We are using SilkRoad and myself, the rest of the HR team and our hiring managers all utilize the program. Silkroad is helping us with all of our recruitment needs as well as gathering all of our EEO data from our current candidates.

I think that UltiPro is much more user friendly. I have only worked through one module but it was very easy and seemed to provide me with all of the information I needed. It seems the hiring managers will have more flexibility to assist with the recruiting piece, which is something that we have a lot of at our company.
