We use Opensend to help build out our email newsletter lists and to increase engagement, thus brand awareness. This allows us to use a more engaged list much more effectively, which has become very important for a D2C brand like [...].

- Revives old emails

- Ability to follow through - so the email lists can be tracked on platform for open rate etc.
- We're tracking this. Too early to tell as our lead times are longer.
